Wendy’s skills are particularly well-suited to being a family law paralegal as it enables her to use her experience in drafting a wide variety of legal pleadings, researching law, attention to detail and working cooperatively and collaboratively under pressure with attorneys to assist and guide clients facing some of life’s most difficult circumstances.
Before joining Jos Family Law as a paralegal, Wendy worked as a legal processing specialist at Orange County superior court in family law. Frustrated after going through a difficult family law legal process with very little guidance from her attorney at the time, Wendy recognized that there are family law attorneys who would unscrupulously accrue excessive legal bills with no benefit to the client. Wendy believes that the personal touch and attention given to each client at Jos Family Law fills this gap in the industry.
