Mr. Jos founded Jos Family Law after navigating the family court system firsthand - an experience that cost him five years of litigation and ultimately drove him to law school with one mission: build a firm that fights for families the way he wished someone had fought for his. A serial entrepreneur, he remains involved in shaping the firm's vision.

Mr. Razai has spent over 19 years practicing exclusively in family law, handling everything from complex high asset divorces to contested custody matters involving business valuation, forensic accounting, and multistate jurisdiction. Ms. Iles has spent 31 years in courtrooms - litigating family law matters exclusively and aggressively on behalf of her clients. As a single mother of three for over 15 years and a longtime foster parent, her approach to every case, especially those involving children, is both deeply personal and fiercely committed. Few attorneys bring that combination of courtroom experience and genuine understanding of what families are navigating.
